Opened seven letters. None of them were interesting.
Persuaded two friends they are not going to panic. I doubt they will take my words to heart, they are seasoned panickers. At the appropriate moments, I will probably join in!
Been to the stationery shop and purchased a new mouse mat, a notice board and some devices for attempting to keep my desk tidy and my computer cleaner.
Hoovered.
Drunk four cups of coffee.
Read a third of a book.
Wonder if there’s more excitement to happen later?

Four cups of coffee?? You should be high as a kite unless it's decaf...and your life sounds a heck of a lot more exciting than mine does at the mo...BLOL...I answer the phone about one or twice a week because nobody ever rings us HLOL...and it's usually the wrong number when it does go..
