It all seems so much better today…

For the first time in weeks, if not several months, all feels right in my Plot – and I’m just going to enjoy it whilst it lasts!

Somehow, having talked properly about everything that’s really going on, and felt thoroughly listened to and sympathised with, yet challenged to think honestly about my own part in it all, has been what I needed to do….

I could then admit to a couple of other people some stuff that needed talking about, and not feel I was being an idiot!

I might even sleep well for the first time in weeks, because I’m certainly feeling very sleepy after all the soul searching!

oh wonderful......glad you've finally got it sorted....crikey I bet you sleep well tonight...I do hope so!!! Great news....you've made it through the scary old muddle.....hugs!

  I did sleep very well, thank you! I'm sure things will get worse again at some point - but for now, it's all calm.

      It is definitely time - I was getting bored with most of it all, really!! But, sometimes these things just have to take their own time, and not be hurried.

      A pleasure... I have some vague clues about the madness that is "family", and the inherent difficulties therein!! My friends are more important, and I intend to keep it that way, for all our sakes.

        It is mostly peacable nowadays, but there have been times when it most defintely has not been.
